PARKER LORD 810/20GB Metal-to-Metal Adhesive Full Details (One Paragraph): Parker LORD 810/Accelerator 20GB is a two-component structural acrylic adhesive specifically designed for high-strength metal-to-metal bonding, including aluminum, galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel (CRS), and other engineered substrates. It provides fast curing, excellent peel and impact resistance, minimal bond-line read-through (LRT), and strong adhesion with little or no surface preparation required. The adhesive is mixed at a 2:1 ratio (adhesive to accelerator), has a working time of approximately 812 minutes, reaches handling strength in about 2025 minutes, and achieves around 90% cure within one hour under normal conditions. The glass-bead-filled Accelerator 20GB ensures consistent bond-line thickness, while the non-sag formulation allows application on vertical and overhead surfaces. LORD 810/20GB offers excellent resistance to moisture, oils, greases, dilute acids, alkalis, weathering, and indirect UV exposure, and operates in temperatures from -40C to +149C. It is widely used in vehicle body panels, architectural cladding, metal roofing systems, solar mounting brackets, sign assemblies, and other industrial applications where durable, flexible, and aesthetically clean metal-to-metal bonding is required.
