TRAPEZOIDAL STRUCTURE

An aluminium solar mounting rail for a 105 100 mm trapezoidal structure is a high-strength extruded aluminium profile, typically manufactured from aluminium alloy 6005-T5 or 6063-T6, designed for the secure installation of photovoltaic (PV) modules on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The rail is mounted directly onto the 105 100 mm trapezoidal roof profile using specially designed trapezoidal brackets, self-drilling fasteners, and EPDM sealing washers to ensure structural integrity and weatherproof performance. The system includes aluminium rails, rail splices, mid-clamps, end-clamps, grounding accessories, and stainless-steel (SS304/SS316) hardware, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Engineered to withstand project-specific dead loads, wind loads, and seismic conditions in accordance with applicable standards, the rail ensures proper load transfer to the roof structure while maintaining adequate module spacing, ventilation, drainage, and thermal expansion allowances.
